Jarrett Stidham Waste Little Time Proving He Can Get The Job Done For Baylor Against K-State [VIDEO]

There have been a lot of questions surrounding the Baylor Bears with quarterback Seth Russell going down with a neck injury, but they all pretty much point to the same concern: can freshman Jarrett Stidham keep the offensive machine rolling? He was highly recruited for a reason, and has looked good in mop duty this season, but mop duty and starting are two different things.

If the first quarter against Kansas State is any indication it appears that the Bears are going to be just fine.

He pounded the first touchdown of the night across himself barely two minutes into the game. Later in the quarter he hooked up with KD Cannon on a beauty of a 55-yard touchdown bomb.

There is still plenty of football left to be played, but so far so good.
