The Philadelphia Eagles were supposed to be a competitive team this season, but the genius of Chip Kelly is not translating to the NFL with the personnel that is on the team. With Mark Sanchez as the team's starting quarterback with Sam Bradford out the team is even bigger trouble. Not that Sanchez is the only problem. For the second week in a row the defense game up a ton while the offense scored only a few.
