When the Dallas Cowboys acquired Rolando McClain last season the general perception of the move was that Jerry Jones was reaching once again. The team needed a linebacker with Sean Lee out for the year with an injury, but McClain had been a complete bust during his time in the NFL to date. It ended up being a brilliant move by the team as McClain played very well throughout the year.
This year his name hasn't been heard nearly as much, but that could be because Sean Lee has back making plays and not leaving too many for McClain to make. Whatever the reason is didn't matter Sunday against the Dolphins. McClain was in position to pick off Ryan Tannehill and return the ball for an easy touchdown and an early lead:
