Late in Sunday night's game the Dallas Cowboys were driving, and it looked like they had a chance to win with how they were moving the ball. The Eagles knew the momentum was going Dallas' way so they resorted to any means necessary to slow the team down.

In times like this the play is going to go to either Dez Bryant or Jason Witten more often than not. So to make sure it didn't go to Jason Witten Eagles defensive back Malcolm Jenkins flat out tackled him. Since the ball was not in the air or coming his way it was only a five-yard holding penalty.
