WATCH: Nebraska Leading Tackler Defensive Back Nate Gerry Ejected For Targeting

When you have been having down season the one thing that can make a bad record feel not so bad is taking down one of the top dogs. Nebraska gets a chance to do just that with a game against Iowa Friday afternoon. The task became a bit more challenging in the second quarter, however, when the team's leading tackler, defensive back Nate Gerry, was ejected for targeting.

There is no defending this one. Guilty as charged.

    As a fellow fat man who also played. I guess I would ask, what should have Gerry done? He's coming in to make the tackle, and if you watch the video, he does everything he can to avoid the collision.
