A Stanford defender learned a very important lesson Saturday night: Sometimes you can't win no mater how had you try. Here he is just trying to give USC wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster a hand up at the end of a play, but JuJu wasn't having it.

So he gave him a smack to the helmet.
