After making a nice sack on Russell Wilson he decided to hold on to Wilson's leg and give it a little pull. What he was trying to do or thought he could accomplish is a mystery, but it kept the drive alive for Seattle and they eventually scored a touchdown.

Did you even watch the replay of that "penalty"? It was clear that Wilson was not giving up on the play and moving to continue his run - which he did when Robison did let go.
