Hockey goalies wear a lot of gear for a reason. With the job they have to do they are going to have pucks flying at them at all sorts of speeds--and those suckers can do some damage! How much damage? Well--Minnesota goalie Eric Schierhorn was nailed in the mask by a slapshot from Wisconsin's Grant Besse Friday night.

The hit ended up doing a little damage:
