Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo Leaves Game Against Seattle After Suffering Back Injury [VIDEO]

Dallas fans know the scene all too well. Tony Romo gets sacked, lands kind of awkwardly, and stays on the ground in obvious pain after the play is over. It has happened before and fans had no doubt it would happen again, but they hoped he would at least be able to make it through the preseason.

Well--so much for that:


According to the Twitter-universe, his back was tight after the hit, trainers worked on it, and he wanted to go back in, but Garrett told him no. Chances are, if this was the regular season he probably would have let him.

Instead, the flavor of the month--Dak Prescott--remained in the game. They ended up punting on that drive, but on the next one he does this:
