Where is Your Favorite NFL Team Drafting?

Kicker. First round Dan. This is the year.
For the 20 teams that are done playing it is time to do a few different things: (1) hire any coaches that may have just been fired (and of course fire those that need to be tossed) (2) evaluate the talent level on the team and figure out the deficiencies that need to be dealt with first (3) figure out what you think you can pick up in free agency and (4) figure out who you are going to draft.

The process is already well under way for some teams. Many coaches got the ax Monday; a few more still might. For those that already canned their old coach the hunt has already begun in earnest for the next head coach.

One of the things that some guys may take into consideration when they think about taking over one of these teams in need is the draft order. The last couple seasons have been shown us that all it takes sometimes is one key player; one talented individual to put it all together.

Call it a hunch,  but I think the Colts would say they are happy with Andrew Luck. The Redskins are ecstatic with Robert Griffin III as are the Bengals (Andy Dalton), Seahawks (Russell Wilson), 49ers (Colin Kapernick), Dolphins (Ryan Tannehill), Vikings (Christian Ponder), Panthers (Cam Newton), and to a lesser degree the Eagles (Nick Foles is the future there).

So yeah. I think it is safe to say that a lot of teams are going to be looking for big things out of the next draft; some more so than others depending on where they are drafting. The whole order is not ready yet, but the order of the 20 eliminated teams is:

1. Kansas City Chiefs (2-14)
2. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-14)
3. Oakland Raiders (4-12)
4. Philadelphia Eagles (4-12)
5. Detroit Lions (4-12)
6. Cleveland Browns (5-11)
7. Arizona Cardinals (5-11)
8. Buffalo Bills (6-10)
9. New York Jets (6-10)
10. Tennessee Titans (6-10)
11. San Diego Chargers (7-9)
12. Miami Dolphins (7-9)
13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-9)
14. Carolina Panthers (7-9)
15. New Orleans Saints (7-9)
16. St. Louis Rams (7-8-1)
17. Pittsburgh Steelers (8-8)
18. Dallas Cowboys (9-7)

19. New York Giants (9-7)
20. Chicago Bears (10-6)
