Three Year Old Proves Reffing is Easy

Pimpin' ain't easy. That little nugget of wisdom is pretty well established (right Flavor Flav?). However, there is one thing that appears to be anything but easy these days. I'm not talking about the fiscal cliff, peace in the middle east,  gun control, or gay marriage (okay, those are all pretty difficult topics too).

I'm talking about being a football referee.

The replacement refs showed us how difficult that being a ref can be in the NFL, but recently fans got to see that the boys calling FBS games in college aren't much better.

Check out this blown call from the Outback Bowl:

It is understandable that Steve Spurrier would be going nuts after that call although he should have backed his players off; it's the coach's job to complain about crap calls.

This one was pretty bad; darn near makes the Seattle/Green Bay call look not so bad. It isn't hard to see what the right call is here. Heck, even this three-year old was able to make the call better than the so-called seasoned professional on the field.
