Time for Texans to Step Up After Beating Bengals: Fans of the Houston Texans got to see the team that they grew to love over the first few months of the season in Saturday’s Wild Card game.
After the team dropped three of their last four to lose home field advantage fans had every reason to be nervous about their team. What had appeared like a team prepared to make a run at the Super Bowl had turned into one looking to make a first round exit.
On Saturday the team they love returned. The Texans got back to what it does best, running the ball and shutting the other team’s offense down.
Arian Foster got on track early and stayed on track rushing for 140 yards and one touchdown on 32 carries. It was the first time since Week 15 that he rushed for more than 100 yards and only the second time in the last six games....(click on link for full story)
