Fans of the Washington Redskins are pretty happy these days. Their team won the division for the first time since 1999. They have two candidates for the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in Robert Griffin III and Alfred Morris. The team is fairly young, they are playing great football, and they are a force to be reckoned with this post season (and the future as well assuming they don't get gutted in free agency).
So yeah--there is a lot for 'Skins fans to be happy about.
When your team is doing well it is always reason to celebrate, but when it is the first time in over a decade just a normal, average celebration is not good enough. You have to be ready, willing, and able to go above and beyond the average call of fandom--like this 'Skins fan who tackled his Christmas tree.
Even if the team didn't win the division I think the fact that they won the final game of the season--which ended up being the top prime time game this season I believe--getting three interceptions from the self-destructive Cowboys courtesy of Tony Romo:
