Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss has passed away at the age of 80.
The longtime owner of the popular basketball team had been battling cancer
since last year, something that was only recently made public knowledge, but
actually passed away due to kidney failure.
He had just celebrated his 80th birthday a few weeks ago on January
