Scott Piercy Makes Incredible Eagle on 536 yard Par 4
The Accenture Match Play Championship may have gotten off to a strange start with a snow delay--in Arizona of all places--that was followed up by two of the hottest golfers in the world being eliminated
in Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, but that doesn't mean that there isn't time for some great golf.
Just ask Scott Piercy. The 34-year old pro from Las Vegas started off the fifth hole, a long par four, with a strong 296 yard drive. He was in pretty good position to get on the green and putt for birdie or at least par the hoe, but figured why waste time.
Let's just knock the ball in now from 228 yards out.
