Anthony Adams Retirement Announcement--Best. Announcement.Ever.

Anthony Adams is a man after my own heart. He is a 6-foot tall, 310 pound defensive lineman. I don't want to speak for the man, but I have a feeling he appreciates his food.

The man played nine years in the NFL, four for San Francisco and another five for Chicago, after being drafted in the second round of the 2003 draft. After sitting out last year he has announced his retirement from the NFL--like only a lineman should.
