College basketball has to deal with the one-and-done players all the time. On occasion college football has to deal with a two-and-done guy. It looks like Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel could very well be the next.
Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel is as famous if not more than
many of the current QBs in the NFL, and next year could become one.
His name is Johnny Manziel, but they call him Johnny Football. He is
talented. He is athletic. He is a dynamic leader that is capable of great
things on the football field.
At least that is the case on the college football field, but that can
be said about any player. Greatness in college does not always equate to
greatness in the NFL. However, the surest way to never find out is to stay in
college too long and get hurt before turning pro.
Johnny Football may not wait that long. During a talk on Sunday
Conversations the popular QB alluded to the possibility of heading to the NFL
next season. The key words in the interview of course were:
“You never know how things might play out,” Manziel said. “If an
opportunity comes to go to the NFL, you have to look at that just like you have
to look at everything.”...(for full post follow link to MVPTexas!)
