Tom Crean Tears Into Jeff Meyer Following Big Win

Indiana head coach Tom Crean should have been ecstatic following a dramatic, come from behind win over Michigan. It was time to celebrate; it was time to be with his players and enjoy the win. Heck--his team had just won the Big Ten title outright for the first time in 20 years!

What does he do? He goes after former IU assistant and current Michigan assistant Jeff Meyer.

Meyer had worked under Kelvin Sampson from 2006-08 when Sampson headed up the program. Sampson was forced to resign due to numerous NCAA recruiting violations. While Sampson was able to move onto become an assistant for the Milwaukee Bucks, the Hoosiers got hit with several restrictions.

Crean was hired to replace Sampson and apparently did not like having to dig his school out of the hole that Sampson and his staff had put it in.
