Chris Bosh Robbed During His Moroccan-Style Birthday Party

When I turned 29 I just wanted some of the guys to cover my tab for the night. When Chris Bosh turned 29 he threw a pretty swanky Moroccan style bash complete with fire breathers and a camel named Henri. I guess if you have the budget for it...(I didn't)

The birthday boy tweeted news of the bash along with a pic of he and wife looking pretty sharp Wednesday. As luck--bad luck that is--would have it that may have been just the information some thieves needed in order to break into his place!

The couple's children were at home at the time of the robbery with a pair of housekeepers, but no one heard anything.

When Chris and his wife got home they discovered that their closet had been ransacked. The thieves got away with close to $400,000 in jewelry and handbags. Police are leaning towards it being an inside job since it appears that the thieves were very deliberate with what they took.

They did, however, leave his NBA championship ring. I guess that would be kind of hard to fence and a little easy for the police to track...
