Is This Rick Pitino's Tattoo?

Following the end of the national finals that his Louisville Cardinals won 82-76 over a tough Michigan Wolverines team head coach Rick Pitino shared with the world that he promised his players that he would be getting a tattoo to commemorate the win.

I don't know how, but the folks at Land-Grant Holy Land (an Ohio State blog) are claiming to have a possible sketch of the tattoo in question:
