Jon Bon Jovi's Son Ready to Give Opponents Some Bad Medicine at Notre Dame

This is crazy. How many walk on players make it into the circle of 'news' on the World Wide Web? We are talking about a player that has a slim chance of even making the squad let alone actually getting on the field. There are not that many Rudy-esque type stories out there and there are thousands and thousands of current and former college football players.

Then again, when your Dad is legendary rocker Jon Bon Jovi I suppose anything you do ca be considered 'news' worthy!

“I came up here when I was in eighth grade and I just fell in love with the place,” Jesse Bongiovi said. “The culture here, the people here, the opportunities here, they’re unreal. They’re second to none. Given the opportunity to walk on to the team and become a part of this family was an easy decision for me.”

By  now I am sure that he is a little tired of the cliches involving his Dad's music, but he's going to a Catholic school. Living on a Prayer is an anthem for millions of fans around the world and known by generations that never knew Bon Jovi was once a hair band.
