Tough Luck for David Lee and the Golden State Warriors

For the Golden State Warriors success is not something they are used to. In the last 19 seasons the team has made the post season one other time, in the '06-07 season. Otherwise you have to look back to the 1993-94 campaign--when Chris Webber was Rookie of the Year.

After a solid season this year the Warriors were looking to take advantage of a Nuggets team that had been hit with some late-season injuries. Instead they get a devastating injury of their own, a torn hip flexor for David Lee.

The injury will clearly knock him out for the duration of the season.
