Upon Further Review Billy Butler Gets First Grand Slam of Career

Billy Butler has had a pretty good career so far with the Kansas City Royals. They signed him to a four-year deal worth $30 million in 2011 so he can't be too bad, right?

On Sunday Butler showed that he is worth the money when he hit the first grand slam of his career, and tied a Royals record with 7 RBIs in the game. The play had to be reviewed, but once the umpire got a good look at the video the right call was pretty easy to make.

To make the dinger even sweeter for young Billy, it was the first slam ever given up by Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels. Oh yeah--the Royals went on to win 9-8 too.
