Want to See Kobe Bryant's Ankle During Surgery (don't watch while eating)?

Kobe Bryant has really taken to Twitter; like a fat kid trapped inside the last shipment of Twinkies. For the most part it has been a great experience (I think) for him and the fans, but when he shares things like this picture--well, lets just say he is letting fans really get inside the real Black Mamba now.
