Danica Patrick Teases Fans; May Do ESPN's Body Issue Some Day [PHOTOS]

Recently there have been several pictures released online of some of the people taking part in ESPN's annual body issue, a celebration of athletic bodies in their purest form--naked. One body we will not see this year or next year (maybe) is a pretty hot one, that of NASCAR's Danica Patrick.

According to Danica she gets asked each year, but declines. However, it isn't a firm no. She tells them to ask again the next year because maybe she'll do it than.

“There’s a difference to me between going to the beach and wearing a swimming suit and going to the beach and wearing nothing or paint,” Patrick said. “That’s just pushing the limit a little bit … There’s already enough stuff that I do that pushes that. So, I’d rather stay in my full comfort zone than go that far.”

Now it doesn't show them totally in the nude of course. Their own body parts and props related to their respective sports are used to cover up enough to keep the issue from being sold behind the convenience store counter.

Okay so it may be a little bit racier than your typical swimsuit shoot, but if you've never seen any pics from the Body Issue they are actually pretty arty. Yes, there are many racy pics, but overall they are really pretty artsy.

Heck, its not like she hasn't done anything racier!
