Joe Paterno is Still Watching Over Happy Valley
The legacy of longtime Penn State football coach Joe Paterno is severely tarnished in the eyes of many thanks to the Sandusky Scandal, but this picture that was sent to his son Jay is something whether you hate the former coach or not.
