Lightning--or the Rosin Bag--Strikes Twice for Pirates Pitcher A.J. Burnett

They say lightning never strikes twice, but when it comes to Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher A.J. Burnett it appears that the rosin bag does. For the second time this season, the first being on Opening Day (which was also April Fool's Day), Burnett had a rosin bag burst on him during a game.

This time it happened during the 4th inning so it sounds like this one might not be a prank. Than again we don't know how much or if he used the bag prior to the fourth. Maybe the prankster (if there was one) made a small tear that expanded as he used it.

Whether it was an accident or a teammate it's still pretty funny.
