Paul Pierce Continues to Prove He's a Class Act By Saying #THANKYOUBOSTON

Last week a full page ad appeared in the Boston Globe from Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce; a thank you and good bye to the many fans that watched and supported the duo over the years.

As nice as that was, for Pierce it wasn't enough. After spending 15 years in Bean Town he felt it necessary to do a bit more in order to show his gratitude to the fans--so he did.

Pierce created an Instagram account and loaded up a bunch of pictures representative of his time in Boston, each with the hashtag #THANKYOUBOSTON. He then proceeded to tweet them out to his 2.78 million followers.

It's a great look at the history of a great player and his time with one of the most historic franchises in the NBA. Even if you don't like the Boston Celtics, if you appreciate the history of the game it is definitely worth a look.

If you don't feel like messing with Instagram you don't have to. Pierce tweeted a link to a YouTube video featuring all the pictures he loaded.
