Not only has San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick been in the news for wearing a Miami Dolphins hat, he's been in the news defending his choice to wear it, and as soon as the mass media gets a hold of this picture he posted to his Instagram account it will likely be all over the World Wide Web as well.

Why? Because this time he's sporting the colors everyone thinks he should be wearing.
