B-Ball On The Brain! - Indiana Fever Move Back to .500 With 80-66 Win Over Atlanta Dream

The Indiana Fever are reminding me a lot of the New York Giants. In 2007 and '11 the Giants looked like crap for a good part of the season, but when it mattered most at the end of the regular season and into the playoffs they got the job done. As a result they took home the Super Bowl trophy both seasons.

Now I don't believe the Giants had injury issues like the Fever have this season, but it is starting to look like the Fever are going to get hot here as the season heads into the home stretch. Whether that sets them up for a playoff run we'l have to wait and see.

Saturday night's win over the Atlanta Dream improved the Fever's record to 11-11; only the second time this season that they have had a .500 record (not including the early in the season when they were 1-1). After a 1-7 start the team finally made it to .500 August 6 with a win over the Chicago Sky, but a loss to Los Angeles knocked them back below....
