B-Ball On The Brain! - WNBA MVP Race Starting to Heat Up

The teams in the WNBA are preparing for the final stretch of the season with contenders looking to get and stay healthy and those looking to become contenders fighting to earn a spot in the post season. As the journey towards the post season concludes and the teams that are moving on become clear there is something else that will hopefully be easy to figure out.

Who deserves to be the MVP?

There are plenty of worthy candidates looking to make an argument for the honor. Candace Parker (Los Angeles Sparks) is one of the best in the league as is Diana Taurasi (Phoeix Mercury). Lindsay Whalen and Maya Moore are both having great seasons in Minnesota.

Let's not forget Elena Delle Donne and Sylvia Fowles (Chicago Sky) or Connecticut's Tina Charles--the reigning MVP-- or Tamika Catchings (Indiana Fever).
