There has been a ton of talk lately about college football players signing autographs. Who knows what if anything will happen to Texas A&M and Johnny Manziel (whole deal sounds like a set up by autograph brokers to me); South Carolina says Jadaveon Clowney is in the clear as did Louisville in regards to Teddy Bridgewater.
The whole mess could potentially bring about some changes in how college football does business and already has on a small level. In the meantime there is one guy at least that has been able to benefit from penning a few autograph's--and considering what he went through in order to achieve his notoriety it is well-deserved.

To be a little more clear I should say former Michigan football player since he no longer has any eligibility and is done playing--nothing illegal done here. For the non-Wolverines fans out there the guy in the pic is Vincent Smith. You may remember him from this epic hit during the Outback Bowl:
Yeah, he was the poor guy that got destroyed by Jadaveon Clowney and than had the play shown over and over again on ESPN as its best of the best for months (till Jack Hoffman took Clowney down).
As it turns out, Smith has been making a little money signing pictures of himself taking this monster hit from Clowney. Busted Coverage discovered that a memorabilia store in Ohio was selling some autographed pictures of the famous hit signed by Smith.
This is kind of poetic justice in a way. Smith is making money signing something that shows him getting destroyed. The guy that did the destroying--nothing.
Way to make the most of a bad thing Smith.
