Packers Tight End Jermichael Finley Suffers Concussion on Big Hit

The Green Bay Packers are not having the kind of season they imagined so far. After seeing the Cincinnati Bengals score three unanswered touchdowns en route to a 34-30 win the Packers are a surprising 1-2.

With the injuries that the offense keeps suffering recovery might be kind of hard.

Running back Eddie Lacy was out after suffering a concussion last week. Fellow running back James Starks was hurt against the Bengals as was tight end Jermichael Finley. His head was on the receiving end of a hit by George Iloka’s shoulder.

He tried to get up and leave the field on his own, but as you can see he had to stop and lie back down on the field. Eventually he was able to leave the field under his own power and headed right to the locker room.

Shortly afterwards it word was released that he had a concussion and was done for the day.
