Devin Hester to the House! (and they thought about cutting this guy)

He is fast. he is explosive, and every time he gets his hands on the ball he can make miracles happen. I'l talking about Devin Hester of course. With this 81-yard punt return for a touchdown Chicago Bears kick returner tied the career mark for kick returns with 19; a mark that previously belonged solely to Deion Sanders.

More importatly, at the time time it tied the score up at 17-17.

With Jay Cutler knocked out of the game the offense has been somewhat anemic so they will need all the help they can get.

I can't help but think while watching this guy run that whoever thought about cutting him in the preseason (and they did think about) has to be thinking, "Man, I'm sure glad we still have this guy on the team."

At the same time Hester is humming an old Kool Mo Dee song to himself.
