He's 6'4" and weighs in at 215 pounds; so yes, MarQuez North definitely has the kind of stature that NFL scouts look for in a wide receiver. Does he have the skill set though? After all, there is a lot more to being an NFL wide receiver than just looking the part.
If you watched last Saturday's game between the Vols and South Carolina than you'd know he's got the skills as well.

It was exactly what Tennessee was hoping for when they recruited the much desired wide receiver from North Carolina, and beat out over 20 other schools for his services including Clemson, LSU, Oregon,, Florida, and South Carolina.
When you happen to be considered one of the best players in the country and the top prospect in your state you are going to be high on a lot of college recruiting wish lists.
He has yet to be used much in the Tennessee attack. Prior to the South Carolina game he had just 179 yards on 18 catches over the first six games.
So was the Gamecocks game his breakout performance? Are we going to see a lot more of the talented freshman (yes, he's just a freshman) wide receiver? We'll have to wait till Tennessee takes on Alabama this weekend to find out.
