Texans Loses Linebacker Brian Cushing for the Season Once Again

The Houston Texans played their most complete game of the season only to come up short on the scoreboard in the end, but while the loss hurts the team's playoff hopes the team suffered a much bigger one early in the game--linebacker Brian Cushing.

From Bleacher Report
Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles went low to block Cushing and hit him in the left leg; the same one that was hurt last season causing him to miss the remainder of the season. It was pretty clear that he was in some pretty serious pain on the field, and afterwards we found out why.

Torn LCL and a broken leg.

I'd say that's a pretty good reason to be in some serious pain.
