Jacksonville's Jason Babin Takes a Trophy From Arizona's Andre Ellington (his hair)

I've always wondered why in the world some of the guys in the NFL would play with such long hair sticking out of the back of their helmets. It's just asking to be ripped out by defenders when they go for a tackle or at the bottom of a pile just because they can. 

Since hair is considered part of the uniform why not?

Cardinals running back Andre Ellington has to be thinking about getting a trim after Jaguars linebacker Jason Babin comes out of a pile holding a clump of his hair--either to fix the damage to his hair so he doesn't look funny or to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

Because that had to hurt!
