Kansas State's Tyler Lockett Puts On a Show Against Oklahoma in Losing Effort

Kansas State knew it was going to have a tough time matching the success the team had last season, but with a coach like Bill Snyder you know the team is not going to do too bad. It helps when he has guys like wide receiver Tyler Lockett that turn in days like he had against Oklahoma--12 receptions for 278 yards and three touchdowns!

Most of the work came in the first half, but he did enough in the second to set a new single game receiving record for the Wildcats breaking his own record from earlier this season (237 yards).

Unfortunately, it was in a losing effort as the Sooner defense clamped down on the Wildcats in the second half.

Final score--Oklahoma 41 Kansas State 31
