It might be a little more accurate to say that Ryan Tannehill was lucky Mike Pouncey was not ejected when this little scene went down during the Monday night game. With the Dolphins already down two starting offensive lineman thanks to the whole Richie Incognito/Jonathan Martin fiasco Tannehill can't afford to lose any more of his lineman.

Somehow the refs missed Pouncey grabbing on to the face mask of Akeem Spence and than giving him a good roundhouse to the head.
If you are wondering what kind of damage he could actually do hitting a guy in the helmet remember that these guys are ridiculously strong and with the tape and hand pads he is not just swinging a hand. That's a freaking cinder block.
