What Could Make Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker Do This?

Kicker are not normally overly expressive folks. Yes, they celebrate and run around every time they make a big game winning kick, but I can't recall  too many times that kickers do much more than that. You certainly do not see them get too creative with their celebrations; that is--unless they do something really big.

So what could possibly inspire Ravnes kicker Justin Tucker to do this?
