What Has Texas Defensive Coordinator Greg Robinson Doing the Chicken Dance?

At this point in the game I am sure whatever Texas defensive coordinator Greg Robinson is doing has something to do with communicating a call to his guys on the field. However, by time the game was over he had reason to celebrate and do some dancing.

His defense came into the game with a tall order ahead of it. They had to stop the No. 1 passing team in the nation from doing what it does best, and--well, they did.

They did just that holding both Tech QBs to right around 300 yards passing as well as keep their running game from doing much of anything (over half of it came from the fake punt). Most importantly they held them off the scoreboard giving up just 16 points to a team that averages close to 40 every game.

And now the Longhorns are in a position to win their first conference championship since 2009--that is, if the Sooners would be nice and beat Oklahoma State next week.

Sounds like a good reason to dance to me.
