College fans are notorious for being a little harsh towards the opposing team. As fans they just want to see their team do well. If the opposition can't focus because of the fans that's good for the home team. However, there are too many times were fans get inappropriate and crude as they cross the line.
This Duke fan offering up his shoes was not one of those times.

During Duke's 79-69 win over Michigan one of the Wolverines had an issue with one of his shoes. Rather than call timeout or just put it back on he threw it in the stands and ran on.
Now I wasn't watching the game so I can't tell you how long he went with just one shoe, but I'm guessing that the young fan taking his loafers off was just trying to help. After all, it's kind of hard to play wearing just one shoe (and so easy wearing loafers).
