It's probably not the first time it's happened. With the frequency that Blake Griffin dunks there are bound to be plenty of guys that step out of the way in order to avoid getting posterized. From the look of it, this dunk was shaping up to be a whole lot like the one Griffin through down on Kris Humphries the other night--which was likely what he was afraid of.
He didn't want to have anything in common with the former Mr. Kardashian.
