Bill O'Brien is wasting no time in filling his staff with the Houston Texans after letting just about everyone go. Word is now spreading all over the internet that he has tabbed former New England Patriots great Mike Vrabel to take over the linebackers.

For the last three years Vrabel has been on the Ohio State staff; the last two as the defensive line coach.He will more than likely be moved to linebackers--where he played--since the team did retain defensive line coach Bill Kollar.
Linebacker has been a place of concern for the Texans the last couple seasons due to injuries forcing the team to do whatever it could to field a unit. In a 3-4 the linebackers are the primary play makers making their development vital to the team's success.
