WATCH: LeBron James Trucked by Derek Fisher; Bleeding From Hit by Serge Ibaka

The Miami Heat ended up beating the Oklahoma City Thunder pretty bad (103-81), but LeBron James probably doesn't care. He's too busy trying to keep his head from hurting after the hit he took from Derek Fisher late in the game.

It looks like Fisher was trying to stay with Ray Allen--and he did. The only problem was he ran over LeBron along the way (kind of defeating the purpose). Derek Fisher has had a tremendous career as a basketball player, but it's probably safe to say a few football coaches watching the game were wishing they had guys hitting as hard as he did.

 

LeBron eventually left the game after getting his nose bloodied courtesy of a hit from Serge Ibaka.
