What you don't expect to see is a car flipping over and sliding along the track upside down, but that is exactly what happened at Daytona Wednesday.

The first involved rookie Cole Whitt hitting the wall and eventually Brian Vickers who than hit Casey Mears, but the doozy came when Matt Kensetth came loose after getting tapped by Joey Lagano. In the ensuing mess Parker Kligerman (the No. 30 car) ended up flipping over and sliding along the track.
As bad as it looks the only real injury came to the fence; a piece of one of the cars got lodged in to it. Kligerman was not real happy about getting flipped over, but he was fine throughout the incident and said his concern was more for the fans in attendance than anything else.
