Minor League Hockey Team Wears Awesome Spiderman Jerseys for Charity

When it comes to jersey game at the professional level of sports the real game is not at the big league level. No, it's with the minor league guys. You'll never find an MLB team wearing  bacon-inspired uniform, a Ghostbuster's one, or one resembling Chewbacca from Star Wars (the good ones).

You'll also never see an NHL team hit the ice looking like Spiderman--like the Las Vegas Wranglers did Saturday night.

It wasn't just a gimmick though. No, the idea was to help raise money for the Children’s Hospital of Nevada at University Medical Center. After the game thee jerseys were auctioned off with the proceeds going to the hospital.
