Dwight Howard Knows How to Stop LaMarcus Aldridge

Two games in to the best of seven series between the Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers and there is one thing that is clear--that LaMarcus Aldridge guy isn't half bad. In two games he has scored 89 points and pulled down 26 rebounds while leading Portland to a pair of wins in Houston.

If the Rockets are going to have a chance they have to stop him--and Dwight Howard knows how.

However, it is not one that he or anyone else is or should follow through with.

Bad food.

That's what Howard said when asked after practice Thursday hinting that only a case of food poisoning could stop Aldridge. If that doesn't work maybe some kryptonite could work.

“Hopefully he gets off Krypton and comes back to earth in the next couple of days,” Howard said.

Maybe he did eat something Friday that didn't agree with him. At halftime of Game Three he had only four points.
