Reds OF Billy Hamilton is Probably the Fastest Man in MLB [GIF]

It's already a well-known fact that Reds outfielder Billy Hamilton is one super fast dude. He proved that in the minors when he stole bases at a rate that would almost make a psychiatrist diagnose him as a kleptomaniac.

But how fast is he? Is he the fastest in guy in MLB?

After watching him tag up and make it home on a sacrifice fly that only went to shallow right field I'd say yes. I can't recall seeing someone tag up and even try to advance on a ball barely hit in to the outfield--but he did and made it.

So yeah, I'd say he is the fastest man in baseball.
