Sibling Tweets Picture of Sister and Her Friends with--Derrick Rose? (its not Derrick Rose)
This has to be a joke. It's the only thing that makes sense. Than again the kids in the pic are pretty young; maybe the tweeter is too. Maybe they just don't know. Maybe they aren't basketball fans and maybe they've never looked at a sports page or seen Sportcenter or--I don't know.
